by Uber as a reference) and Nigeria’s data protection rules, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and
the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA). It describes the types of information we collect, why we collect it, who we
share it with, and what rights you have under Nigerian law.
